In most cases, we find our clients enjoy the freedom of arranging their own flights. However, should you need a helping hand, we do offer an airfare assistance service that helps you find, track, and even optimize points or miles to purchase your flights. This can be added to any booking, or you'll find it included with our 'Ultimate' package.

We offer personalized service catered to your travel wants and needs, in addition to industry expertise. Furthermore, we often have access to deals and promotions not available to the general public. We provide a “Pathway” to get you on your way, and we guide you through each step of the process, making sure you avoid mistakes that could cost you valuable time and money. 

Many hotels have price parity, so the cost is the same whether you book through a travel professional, directly with the resort, or using an online booking engine. We can sometimes offer even better pricing. In circumstances where prices may be a little higher, it's often still a better value to book with Pathways, especially when perks can be included in the reservation.

Perks vary across hotel brands and partnerships, and not all rates will include perks. But the most common perks offered include room upgrades, welcome amenities, complimentary breakfast, hotel/resort credits, early check-in, and late check-out. 

Yes! If you’ve booked your hotel directly (not through an OTA or credit card portal), forward your email confirmation to lauren.gleeson@fora.travel. In most cases I can take over the booking process, and maybe even add perks to your reservation if it’s with a preferred partner!

Pathways isn’t able to book your hotels if you are redeeming points for your hotel stay. However, if you have a stash of credit card rewards points or miles that you really want to use for your trip, we recommend using those to purchase airfare. You can purchase flight search assistance as an add-on to any of our service packages.

We recommend starting the planning process and inquiring as soon as possible, especially for complex itineraries or during peak travel seasons, or at least 3-6 months in advance for international trips to ensure availability and the best rates. However, we can accommodate shorter timelines and last-minute bookings depending on your destination and travel needs.

We can recommend and can arrange travel insurance to protect your investment and provide peace of mind during your travels. We work with trusted insurance providers and affiliate partners, and can help travellers select coverage that best fits their needs.
