OUR PROCESS

After finding the package that best fits your needs, click on the nearby link to submit an inquiry form. It will provide us with some basic details in preparation for your Discovery Call.
This gives us the opportunity to understand your travel vision and offer personalized recommendations for your trip.
Within a week or less of our Discovery Call, you will receive a proposal with thoughtfully selected hotel options. Depending on the level of service you choose, this proposal may also include flight options, ground transportation, tours, and excursions.
All proposals are 100% customizable and adjustable to better suit your needs and travel dreams.
Once your proposal is finalized, you'll receive a client profile form to complete and then we start booking!
After your trip is booked, you sit back and relax, and we'll handle the rest. We'll manage payment deadlines, confirmations, room requests, dietary restrictions, loyalty program inclusions, and planning/booking as much of your trip as you’d like.
